Movestax takes care of the infrastructure by providing fully managed n8n instances, enabling you to focus on building workflows without worrying about the underlying setup.

Plans and Availability

Workflow capabilities are included in our Basic and Pro plans. However, users on the Free plan can access a 7-day trial of hosted workflows to explore its potential before committing to a paid plan. This trial allows you to experience the seamless automation possibilities Movestax offers.

Getting Started with Hosted Workflows

  1. Navigate to the Project: Go to your project in the Movestax dashboard and select the Hosted Workflows section.
  2. Create an n8n Instance: Click on “Create Workflow Instance” to provision your n8n instance.
  3. Access Your n8n Deployment: Once created, click “Open n8n.” You’ll be redirected to your unique deployment URL (e.g., deployment.n8n.movestax.app).
  4. Set Up Your Access: Configure your user credentials (username and password) directly within n8n. Movestax does not provide or manage any login credentials—your instance is 100% user-maintained for security and flexibility.

Note: Each user is limited to one n8n instance across all projects.

Important Considerations

  • Deleting Your Hosted Workflow: Users can delete their hosted workflow instance at any time. However, keep in mind that this action will permanently delete all workflows, configurations, and data stored in the instance. Be sure to back up critical workflows before proceeding.

  • User-Maintained Access: As the instance owner, you are fully responsible for managing and securing your login credentials. Movestax does not have access to or provide passwords for your n8n deployment.
